1. Services

Stay4S provides AI agents as a subscription service (including Stay4S Social and Stay4S Klantenservice) to businesses and consumers.

2. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance via iDEAL/payment link (Mollie). If payment is not made, the service is paused after two reminders. Annual contract: 12 months for the price of 11.

3. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly before the renewal date. You can cancel by email or through the account area.

4. No guarantee on AI answers

Our agents give generated answers; we do not guarantee that these are always correct or complete. The customer remains responsible for publishing content suggested by the agent.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid in the 3 months prior to the damage. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.

6. Trial month

A trial month may be offered free of charge or at a reduced rate and stops automatically; after that the chosen rate applies only after explicit confirmation.
