Content moderation policy

This policy applies to all content generated, placed or processed through Stay4S services.

1. Prohibited content

It is forbidden to use our services for: illegal content; child abuse material; terrorism and violence; hate speech and discrimination; fraud, phishing and scams; malware; infringement of copyright or privacy; medical/financial misinformation aimed at harm; large-scale spam.

2. How we moderate

A combination of automated detection (including our own scam-detection models) and human review of reports. Automated systems flag; humans decide when in doubt.

3. Reporting

Report abuse: [email protected] with subject "abuse". We handle substantiated reports within 5 business days, illegal content within 24 hours.

4. Measures

Depending on severity: removal of content, warning, pausing or terminating the account, and where legally required reporting to authorities.

5. Appeal

Disagree with a measure? Mail within 14 days; a human re-reviews the case within 10 business days.
