1. Who we are

Stay4S is a trade name of Het Nieuwe Begin B.V. (CoC: 42190967, VAT: NL870112156B01, reachable at [email protected]). We build and host Dutch AI services on our own hardware in the Netherlands.

2. What data we process

Account data (name, email address, encrypted password), usage data from our services (conversations with the customer-service agent, configured preferences) and billing data. We never sell data to third parties.

3. Where we store data

On our own servers in the Netherlands. For security and keeping the website reachable, Cloudflare has been engaged as a processor (network security and content delivery; Cloudflare is established in the United States and appropriate safeguards have been agreed with Cloudflare, including standard contractual clauses). Payments run through Mollie B.V. in the Netherlands. Beyond this, Stay4S does not transfer personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area, except where legally required. We use no US AI services for customer data.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. Mail [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. Complaints: Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Retention periods

Account data: as long as the account is active. Conversation logs: up to 12 months. Billing data: 7 years (legal obligation).
